My First Sushi

I know, I know. I start a sushi site, yet I've never actually eaten sushi before? Well, honestly, I did try sushi once before, but didn't know what I was ordering and ended up with squid nigiri.

It actually didn't taste too bad, almost good. The problem was that instead of being a thin strip of squid on top of the rice, it was about 3 fingers wide, and as long as my middle finger. And being squid, it could be chewed all day long. Bad first experience.

I'm still rather intrigued by the whole idea of sushi, and that's why this site started. I have quite a lot to say about the sushi seen in this video, but I'm saving that for another post. For now, enjoy my inability to talk for the majority of the vid.
